The staff were very friendly and professional. They informed me in advance of local street closures that were planned due to a festival so that I could make my own plans accordingly. The menu available in the rooftop bar included many delicious offerings. The room was large and clean with a modern feel. The hotel was very well located right next door to DP Mall which has everything you need including coffee shops, restaurants, a cinema and clothing stores. The hotel is also within walking distance of the historic Lawang Sewu. Semarang is an incredibly 'walkable' city with wide footpaths making it easy to stroll in either direction from the hotel down Jalan Pemuda and Jalan Pandanaran.

The location is just next to a medium-class shopping mall called DP MALL, where we have anything that we need. Along Pemuda Street, there are also several bakmi jawa restos that u should try. The hotel ambience was very calming and the staff were friendly and helpful. Just add some aromatherapy scent along the lobby and the public area, and it will be perfect.

Great location, welcoming and very proactive staff, the King Suite is possibly one of the most beautiful rooms I have stayed in. Massive rooms, super comfortable beds, excellent facilities. The restaurant serves delicious foods. I also recommend the spa: fantastic massages.

The parking area were ridiculously small. We had to use the vallet parking service so that we get a space to park. But the room was fantastic. It has a modern luxurious design. Also the food were tasty. Some foods has some flaws but we loved most of the foods the restaurant has to offer. The staffs were friendly too.

Breakfast and staff were wonderful. The room was clean, spacious, and modern. Would not hesitate to book here again upon a return to Semarang.

Hotel is very new, clean and have fantastic amenities. We love the rooftop pool and bar that overlooks the city. Also breakfast spread was great with both western and local options. Staff has been exceptional And very helpful. Pricing wise is also very reasonable. Locationwise, it's Right next to DP mall, lots of food options, coffee and groceries. Overall we really enjoyed ourselves and look to be back.

The restaurant was amazing. Breakfast had so many options (all of them were good). The kitchen staff is really amazing. As a result we ate at the hotel restaurant at least once a day.
